Administration

The Session governs the local congregation, overseeing all aspects of its ministries and missions. Although the Pastor moderates meetings of Session and provides spiritual and administrative leadership, the ultimate responsibility for church operations lies in the hands of this board of ordained lay leaders. At Erin, two standing ministry teams of Session are charged with operational responsibilities:

• Stewardship, Finance & Personnel - for financial matters and issues related to church personnel
• Building & Grounds - for operation of the church building and property
