Pastor: Rev. John Stuart
Rev. John Stuart began his pastoral ministry at Erin in 1995. A
native of Scotland, he and his wife Evelyn became US citizens in
the summer of 2001.
Rev. Stuart grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, and served several small
churches in S.W. Scotland before accepting the call to Erin.
He and Evelyn have two daughters: Lynsey, a graduate student at Virginia Tech,
and Lauren, an undergraduate student at UT Knoxville.

Choir Director: Joseph Jaynes
Joe Jaynes has been directing the choir since January, 2000. He
began his musical career at Erin singing in the alto section of
the choir in 1974(!), and his association with the choir in various
capacities since then has been one of the great joys of his life.
Joe also performs with several of the Creative
Expression ministry teams as a vocalist and drummer. He has
been married to his wife Kim since 1978; their sons Andy and Alex live in Knoxville and Huntsville, AL, respectively.
By day, Joe is president of Abacus
Arts, Inc., an Internet presence development and new media production
company. Abacus Arts, Inc. provides hosting and support for the
Erin web site. |

Organist: Nancy Berry
In 1992 Nancy Berry joined the Erin staff as church organist/choir
accompanist. Before moving to Knoxville with her family in 1984,
she was a general music teacher in the Wisconsin public schools.
In addition to serving as church organist, Nancy directs the Erin Handbells every Wednesday night from
6:30 - 7:30.
During the week day, you'll find Nancy in the State Attorney General's
Office where she works as a paralegal. She is married to Daniel
Berry and their daughter, Rebecca, serves as Erin's Youth Director.

Youth Director: Rebecca Berry
Becca Berry joined the Erin staff in the fall of 2001. She serves
as the Youth Director, working with the Junior and Senior High Youth
Groups. Having grown up at Erin, Becca has been fortunate to serve
on the Presbytery Youth Council, attend multiple Montreat and Presbytery-based
conferences, and in 1997, was selected to attend Connection '97
in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. She considers herself truly blessed
to be able to work at her home church.
Becca has a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Music
Education and teaches choral music at South-Doyle Middle School
in Knoxville.
