Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just purchase tickets at the door?
Of course! We welcome walk-in patrons. But it helps us enormously if you purchase tickets in advance, and saves you time waiting in line when you arrive to see the performance.
Can I attend a different date than the one printed on my ticket?
Because we have unassigned seating, you may attend any performance using the ticket that you purchased. We do encourage you to arrive early to ensure that you get a great seat.
What is your refund policy?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, you may attend any performance during the run of a production should your plans change.
